THIS AGREEMENT (Agreement”) is between the person signing (“you “) and Ultimate Rides Sydney. URS
This agreement is for the test drive of the vehicle described on Part A of the test drive agreement or any alternated vehicles Which Ultimate Rides Sydney may supply as a replacement vehicle during the test drive period, including all vehicle parts, tyres, tools, accessories and equipment in or fitted to the vehicle (Vehicle”)
Who May Operate The Vehicle. Only you and the following persons may operate the vehicle: Husband and wife or any other persons who’s license details have been noted on Part A of the agreement. All Drivers licenses must be valid and not suspension.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY (A) You acknowledge that the vehicle is not a rental and is in excellent overall condition and only with those details of body damage stated on Part C of the agreement, The vehicle must be returned in that condition, ordinary wear accepted, to  Ultimate Rides Sydney at the location and on the date stated on Part A. (B) URS reverses the right to reposes the vehicle at any time. You authorize URS to enter upon any premises upon which the vehicle may be situated in order to effect repossession.
Where the premises are not owned by you. You agree to Indemnify URS against any claim made by a third party arising there from (C) You shall ensure that the engine oil and coolant levels are regularly checked and maintained  to the vehicle manufacturers specifications. You agree to only use petrol of 97% octane only and Shell petrol is prohibited.
We must be notified and agree to any changes of the Test Drive, in advance of the Return Date. If You fail to return the Vehicle to URS by the Return Date & Time, the Vehicle will be immediately reported to the Police as having been stolen RESPONSIBILITIES FOR LOSS OF or DAMAGE To The Vehicle. Regardless of fault, you are responsible for any damage or loss to the vehicle. You are always responsible for:
1 The amount of $5000.00 NON WAVERABLE EXCESS for damage coursed or otherwise specified on Part A of the agreement
2 The cost of rectifying and damage coursed to tyres and wheels RIMS which normally wouldn’t be wear and tear
3 The cost of any damage coursed by you or any driver which may have carried out deliberately or by intent during the test drive period
4 The cost of damage arising as a result of a breach in any terms of the agreement.
5 The cost of repairing the undercarriage or body damage unless it can be attributed to a specific collision or roll-over on a public highway or a sealed surface.
6 The cost of fines obtained during the test drive will be charged during and after the vehicle has been returned
CALCULATION OF LOSS OR DAMAGE For the purposes of the agreement, the amount of loss or damage to the vehicle shall mean the cost of direct vehicle repairs or the market value of the vehicle at the time of the loss, whichever is the lessor, plus administration  fees appraisal fees, recovery fees, loss of use and other URS related expenses.
PROHIBITED USE OF THE VEHICLE. The vehicle must not be used:
 1 By person or persons who is under the influence of any drugs or intoxicating liquor or in whose blood the percentage of alcohol is 0.05 or more grams per 100 millilitres of blood
 2 it is prohibited for the vehicle to be driven on an unsealed road
 3 it is prohibited for any person not noted on the agreement to drive the vehicle during the Test Drive
 4 it is prohibited for the vehicle to be driven on a racetrack or private facility .Vehicles must only be driven on public roads  
 5 it is prohibited for the vehicle to be driven out of NSW without prior permission of URS.
 6 Under no circumstance is smoking of any substance permitted in the vehicles.
TEST DRIVE PERIOD .
The test drive Period shall be from the date of delivery of the vehicle to you, as indicated in the Box Marked DATE OUT
on Part A of the agreement, until the vehicle is finally returned or repossession by URS . If the vehicle is lost , stolen or otherwise returned late, addition charges will be charged to your credit card.
EXTRA KM’S URS offers 100 km free per 24 hours test drive. Any additional Km’s travelled are charged at $1.00 per
 Addition kilometre travelled
PAYMENT AND CHARGES. The vehicle is Test Driven with a full tank of petrol unless indicated to the contrary on Part A of the Agreement. The vehicle shall be returned with the same amount of fuel otherwise an average price of market value per litre to refill the vehicle to the original level will be charged.
The security bond may take up to 10 working days to be refunded to your credit card 
CANCELLATION OF TEST DRIVE BOOKING
This agreement is for the Test drive of the vehicle described on Part A of the agreement or any alternative
Vehicle. If this agreement is cancelled or the customer (YOU) authorize URS to process a cancellation fee of 50% of the initial test drive fee.
